Canada came online with metric units throughout, the app learned light mode, and every trip started showing what it cost in energy.

Signing in stopped needing a password, the app got a lock of its own, and reports opened up into a per-business breakdown.

Tagging became optional: a car can file its own trips, and business miles can be split across the separate businesses you run.

• Auto-tagging

  Set a Business or Personal default per vehicle and Shiftly tags your trips automatically.

  Tag business drives to specific businesses you create, then filter Trips by each, the way Schedule C wants them.

• Plug-in reminder

  Get a reminder to plug in when you're home, so you never miss a scheduled charge.

• Battery detail

  Battery level now shows decimal precision, with an energy and odometer strip.

The car itself arrived in the app, with live battery and range, and charging sessions began recording alongside the driving.

Every drive got a map and a set of graphs behind it, and history was reorganized drive by drive so tagging and totals line up.
